7 AI Tools That Actually Make Your Life Easier

So I could type in based on all the productivity content that I've saved, create a personalized morning routine for me. You can capture articles, PDFs, YouTube videos, podcasts, blog posts, just take your own notes in there. You can journal. What I love about Recall, and I use it every day in terms of their uh Chrome extension. So, let's just say that I want to summarize this video here of this is one of my videos obviously. So, let's just say I want to summarize it. I can click on the recall uh extension here, and it's going to give me a detailed summary of what's being

3:06 discussed in this video. You can see here that it is already autotagged it. So technology, AI and business applications. And I can choose between a concise summary and a detailed summary. And then also I can look for connections. If there's other connections where I talk about perplexity within my knowledge base, I can just mouse over it and then I can go right to it within the Chrome extension results. Super cool. The second AI tool that can totally make your life easier is a newer one for me. I've just started using it. time recording this about three two two weeks ago and I've been using it every single day. It's called Funnel Quick Capture. I'm sorry to say that right now it is only on iOS. So I have it on my iPhone and it helps you never miss a thought or idea again. So

3:54 this is what funnel looks like on the phone. So, for example, I just click on voice and it's going to start transcribing my voice right now. And I can just run through any kind of thoughts that I have or ideas or what have you. You can capture things with your camera. You can capture media images. You can sketch things out if you want. If you want to capture a song and you're like, "What a song is this?" You can use the Shazam feature. Let's just say I'm out for a walk and I have this amazing idea for a YouTube video and I open up funnel and I click on voice and I just start talking through the idea. So I can send my idea to notion that idea coming into a notion database that can act as an automation trigger in a tool for example like relay. So I can come in here I can just search on notion

4:39 and let's just say that I want to create a new page whenever I have a new video idea for example. So I can click on that. This is triggered now from my phone from the funnel app because I've been out for a walk and I had this amazing idea. And now what I can do is I can set up this automation where it can take the idea, turn it into a script. I can set up an AI agent here within relay.app and boom, I have a script based on an idea that I had while I was out on a walk. I love the funnel app. For this next tool, this is going to solve the problem of you having to go out and use a whole bunch of different tools to do different things like graphic generation, AI agents, just a normal AI chat, um, AI slide creation. It deep research. It does a lot. It's

5:24 called GenSpark. I use GenSpark almost every day and it makes my life a ton easier. So, check this out. You can create AI slides, AI sheets, AI docs. AI developer is their version of cloud code. AI designer is their version of Canva. What I love about GenSpark is what it calls the GenSpark super agent and you can put a search in and let's just say I want to put a search in and I want to do some research on AGO what it's going to look like when it comes up. It's going to show you what it's agentically doing to answer your questions. Then it's going to give you the plan for how it's going to do it. And again, you can go through and look at everything that it's that it's doing. Then you can see the visuals that it's putting together. And at the very bottom here, it's going to give you the entire report. You can ask questions against it. You can save it directly to notion

6:11 if you want. It's really, really good. I love how all-in-one it is. And then one more thing here that I really, really like. So, you can do a quote unquote normal AI chat. So, let's just say that I do the same exact search as we as before. You can see here is it's using GPT5, Sonnet 4, and Gemini 2.5 Flash. aggregate all the answers from these three models and then give you the the final output here. I really like GenSpark. It makes my life so much easier because everything's all integrated into one platform. By the way, this is the GenSpark browser. You don't need You're going to get access to all this if you subscribe to Genpark. I think it's like $25 a month. The next tool is called Sparkle. And Sparkle, which I've talked about here in the channel before, this is how much I like it. It uses AI to organize all the files

6:58 on your computer. It removes duplicates. It, you know, you can stay clutterfree essentially. And it saves me so much time. So, as you can see here, you can turn any folder into what what Sparkle calls a smart folder. And so, you pick which folders that you want Sparkle to manage. So, for example, desktop, documents, and downloads. Or you can add a custom folder. Based on what you choose, Sparkle will customize that folder for you. and so that you don't have to do any organization of your files again. So here's an example for my desktop folder. Now my desktop used to be covered. You couldn't even see the screen saver on it essentially or the wallpaper. This is what it looks like now. I mean what it does is it organizes

7:43 it into what it call AI library, manual library or recents. And you can customize those names if you want. But essentially what when I click AI library, it's made these categories based on the types of files that it sees. My downloads folder is always a mess also. But when I started using sparkle, that problem went away. So again, AI library, recent manual library. So I can go into AI library and now it's broken out the types of files that I download into automatic categories as well. everything from business strategy, ebooks, images, productivity, self-improvement. I love Sparkle. It saves me so much time and I know exactly where I can go if I want to

For this next tool, it's a super easy voice dictation tool that lets you speak instead of type, whether it's an email, an AI command, if you want to post a comment in your community, or what have you. It's called Whisper Flow. So, as you can see here, don't type, just speak. Effortless voice dictation. Um, I have it downloaded on my Mac. So, for me, I have the keyboard shortcut of control tab. So, I click control tab and it'll start recording what I say and it will transcribe it. Also, it will clean up what you're saying. So, if you mess up and go, uh, uh, it will remove those and give you a cleaned up version of what you just said. So, let's just go ahead and click control tab. I want you to search the difference between the DIA AI browser and the Comet AI browser. give me a list of features and pros and cons for each.

9:15 Just like that, it just typed out. I didn't have to type that out. I can just speak it. Let's go ahead and just click on chat. And so, essentially, I can have the back and forth chat here without even typing anything in. All I have to do is click my keyboard shortcut, just start speaking the the conversation here. And I believe that I'm using the free version. Yeah, I'm using the free version here. You can see here, these are the monthly plans here. I find the free version really really generous in as much as I use it, I don't ever go up against the the limits here. So, I love it. This next tool solves the problem of information overload by making it super easy to take notes. So, capture your notes, capture your knowledge work, create projects, helps you be more productive through its calendar integration and integrated AI. This is what capacities looks like. I want

10:02 something where I can just capture notes. So let me just show you for example. So you can see here I can just grab a link for example. I can tag it as a task and then I can open up and I can set different properties here. Priority project. I can link it to a project for example. Set a due date. It'll show up at uh on my on my calendar and so forth. They have a great um AI integration with it and you can add context to it. So you can add different documents as context to the conversations. The other thing that makes capacities different is that they're not folder based. They are what they call object based. So you can create different objects and give it different properties for whatever it is that you're organizing like an atomic note for example. So I have like YouTube videos in here. I can capture all ideas

10:48 and projects and I again I can look at um different dashboards and and so forth. And I've tried other tools like TANA and noteplan that are tagging focused. I found them to be way too complicated to do even like the easiest things and capacities has solved that problem for me. I love capacities and I'm using it every day. Highly recommend it. It will make your life way way simpler. For the seventh AI tool, this tool takes the time and sometimes resource intensive task of repurposing content and makes it super super easy. Saves me a ton of time. The tool is called Spiral. This is what the inside of Spiral looks like. Number one, when you set up your account, you give it some of your writing uh samples. So

11:34 whether it's your emails, blog posts, uh podcast transcript, video transcript, anything that really epitomizes how you write and how you communicate. So you can come in here, you create a new spiral, and it says enter an input format. So for example, a podcast transcript or a video transcript or what have you. And then what do you want it to convert it into? A LinkedIn post, an email, a blog post. So, let's go ahead and create a new, as they call it, a spiral. I'm going to input a video transcript, and I wanted to write in email. So, I'm going to click on next. You can go through and do provide your examples. I've already done that. I'm going to go ahead and upload the transcript. I can set custom instructions if I want. I can also generate multiple. So, for any reason, I want to do multiple emails, multiple LinkedIn posts, click on run, and it's

12:19 going to write my email for me based on that specific uh YouTube video. Okay. In a matter of like 30 seconds, it's written me an email down here in my voice. The other really cool thing that saves me a ton of time with Spiral here is they have what they call public spirals. So, they have a bunch of templates that are already done that you can copy into your own spiral space. That's fun to say, but they have ones that are built by Spiral's team. And they also have a whole bunch of templates here that are built by the community. So, for example, if I want everyday posts into reflective social commentary, I can choose that. And then I can obviously put in my own content and it will run through that specific spiral. Just really like it. Makes my life so much easier. So there you have it.
